If your story resonates with the themes of the book, we will reach out to schedule a recorded Zoom conversation. This is a safe, supportive space for you to go deeper into the details of your microdosing experience and the healing it brought. - Step 3: Final Selection & Notification
Our editorial team will review the recorded sessions to select the most impactful narratives for the final manuscript. If your story is chosen to be featured, you will be notified and credited (or kept anonymous, per your preference) before the book goes to final print.

What is the book about?
Our goal with this book is to create a practical, step-by-step roadmap that guides readers through how to approach microdosing safely, confidently, and with intention. Rather than offering vague ideas or one-size-fits-all advice, we focus on helping people understand how to tailor their approach based on their unique goals—whether that’s improving mental clarity, supporting emotional well-being, enhancing creativity, or addressing specific health challenges.
We break down the process in a way that’s approachable and grounded, covering everything from getting started and setting intentions to tracking progress and making thoughtful adjustments along the way.
A key part of the book will also be real stories from individuals who share their personal health journeys. These experiences add depth and perspective, helping readers see what’s possible while also understanding the nuances and realities of the process.
Ultimately, the book is designed to be both a guide and a companion—something readers can return to as they learn, experiment, and find what works best for them.
How will my story be used in the book?

Will I be compensated for my story?
At this time, we’re not offering financial compensation for story contributions. However, we’re incredibly grateful to those who choose to share their experiences and be part of the project.
When will the book be available?
Great question! We’ve completed all the chapters and are currently in our first round of edits. At the same time, we’re beginning the interview process to gather meaningful stories that will enrich the book.
We’re aiming for a release as early as summer 2026, though it may be later in the year. Our priority is to give every part of the process the attention it deserves so we can deliver something truly valuable for our readers.
